Who We Are

Since our establishment on 18th January 2018, we strive to provide quality and timely legal services to our clients. As officers of courts, we also aspire to assist the courts to resolve disputes and do justice to the disputing parties. We assist clients across a number of countries across the world with emphasis on the laws of Papua New Guinea. 

PNG has adopted its legal system from England through Australia. The principles of common law and equity are applicable but with various modifications. Some of the principles may be broadly similar and applied to most Commonwealth Nations.

Our Vision, Objectives, Values, Integrity and Motto drive our daily tasks and activities. We strive to assist our Courts (as officers of the Courts) to do justice in each case and ensure our clients attain justice. The elements that attribute to "Who We Are" are provided in the following pages:
